Prescription Refill Request

* Provided that you have refills remaining, a staff member will call you at the above contact phone number when your prescription is ready.

Please allow at least four (4) hours for your request to be processed. Our office hours are listed below. If your request was not submit during office hours, please allow at least four (4) hours after opening for a staff member to call you.

A staff member will contact you if we are unable to refill your prescription for any reason.
 

Please note:

A yearly examination is required for all pets in order to prescribe medications.

Bloodwork may be required on a regular basis as designated by your doctor.

Frequency of the bloodwork may be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to: type of medication, medical condition of pet, or results from previous bloodwork.
